Because I am old now…I have become more interested in my health than my performance so I tend to read more on the topic of health now in an effort to slow my decline and or in an attempt to turn it around.
I am going to turn myself into a crash test dummy and live experiment. We’ll see what effect nutrition, supplements, sleep, recovery modalities and the like have on me. We’ll measure stuff…see what does and doesn’t work on me and we can discuss why or why not and make changes and alterations and remeasure.
