This I think is the 2nd or 3rd attempt at our second poodcast.
This one covers the IP (Informed Performance) template. This template is the one that I have used from back in the 90’s.
It involves doing a warm up based around mobility and stability drills/exercises involving your entire body.
Then a combination of Conditioning Blocks (fitness), Repetition (body building) and Strength (power/strength) focused programs.
We discussed the background of the template and the methodology behind it.
